Actually the only movies that I Haven't seen from the ones you mention above are Automata and Ex Machina. I will definitely watch them if they are involved in this subject.
In some way it scares me to think about what technology can provide us, but also how far the human wants to go, maybe in an ambitious way to becoming a God.
