Ah! That may be the case. I am not sure why it would be that way, but perhaps it is. I will see if my publisher knows anything.
This is the case with amazon.in too. Even when I try to buy it on amazon.com(Kindle Edition).Its not available for purchase. It says "This title is not currently available for purchase". I could buy books from amazon.com but not able to buy this. I am not sure whether to contact amazon or anyone else.
