Is Miles the exception, as ever, to the rule? A less distinctive accent would presumably have been essential for his alter ego?
Miles code-switches his accents at need.

Probably all the Counts use a different accent in the CoC and presiding as a Judge from that they use everyday. Of course on Barrayar they may also switch not just accent but language.
