Mr. B, Your books are more than comparable to Franzen, Tartt and others. In fact you are at the top of my list of best authors. Hope some of my other favorites miss seeing this so they won't get their feelings hurt.
Chris--thank you for being so generous to answer my question. Your books do NOT disappoint; in fact they make me want to write better and speak clearer if that makes sense. ! I agree about Tartt, Franzen, Fitzgerald, and on a day when I'm feeling smart, Tolstoy. And Patricia agree with you too! T
