I've always though the books would work better as a tv series, perhaps like teen wolf or smallville. Would this be something you would consider?
I just do not like the movies. They usually always mix up or leave out the best parts that are mentioned in the book!!!
We need a tv series that perfectly matches the books. Chapter- episode Book-series(hoo may need two series per book). Mini books- specials. We could even use fan fiction for holiday specials, and make them still noncanon.
Logan Learman was once asked if he liked blue food during an interview and he said "That doesn't have anything to do with the movie." It made me want to scream and cry at the same time.
My brother and sister love the movies, because they've never read the books. Me, I just bang my head against the proverbial wall and rant about why they couldn't stick to the story.
As I was reading the stories, I thought they could work great as movies. It's just sad that everything I've heard about the Percy Jackson movie says it was no good.
They didn't get the books at all. It was like. 'Great book! Let's make a movie that isn't like it at ALL, misses the humor and has ignorant actors.'
It just seemed so irrevelant. Like doing a dot of ketchup on a blue background compared to a Van Gogh ir whatever. I want to slam my head against the wall every second of every movie. They didn't even include Guinea pig scene!
they are not going to make a titans curse movie it is official i wish someone else would redo the movies from the start or make a cartoon (and do Heros of Olympus)
I remember 10 year old me just getting done with the PJO series and watching the movies for the first time. I spent every 5 minutes yelling at the screen and I still rant about it now, though I can't think about the movies for too long or I'll want to cry.

The movies were terrible! I wish I had never seen them. How dare they take an amazing series and turn it into THAT.

I hated those movies. Alexandra daddario is not the right choice for annabeth. I sadly watched the film first. books best always. Although if they did make another I'd be interested to see who they cast as nico.
