Will there be other books, depicting the time between embers of illeniel and mageborn? There would be a lot of generations of illeniels. Did you ever consider doing books about the other 'great lineages' like a book about gareth gaelin, and the war with balintor?
I have thought about it, and there's a good chance I will eventually do a book about the war with Balinthor.

I just finished the first two Embers of Illeniel books and other than your post here, can't find any news of book 3. Normally on Goodreads or Amazon, there is at least mention and a tentative release date, sometimes years in advance. However, you are saying that it will be out in a month or two and I can't even find it here. Why is that? I am a big fan and feel that I need to read book 3 here before I start the Mageborn series since this is a prequel in a sense.
Thank you so much for continuing these books! I've loved every one. There is nothing better than a great series staying alive, especially with your amazing talent and imagination. -and Brilliance!
