The day I posted this question Amazon only had Book 2 as KU available, so I had to purchase Book 1. At least it was on sale for $.99. Obviously, I didn't want to read #2 before #1. I figured it was a mistake, and as the author, you would want to be aware of. I'm glad they fixed it.

Haven't had a chance to read them yet. I was declined a NetGalley ARC. Otherwise, I would have already posted a review. I don't normally write reviews unless I receive an ARC, due to time constraints. However, I'll make an exception here. Will give you feedback once I have read them.
Oh I'm sorry. I don't know how NetGalley works. Didn't know you could be declined. I don't think they are on there anymore either.
