So I just re-read the part in The Rising where Marilena dies so I could answer your question. She just technically pray the Prayer of Salvation but she says "God. God. Receive me. Please God." So clearly she wanted to go to Heaven. To me it seems that her heart was in the right place. She clearly believes in God is she's praying to him. And I guess in a way, that that was her receiving salvation. Even though she's obviously a fictional character, I hope she ended up in Heaven.
It's very interesting to think that the mother of the Antichrist could later become a Christian. And I think that's way I liked that specific book so much (it's my favorite in the series by far). There's reason that she can't accept Christ as her Lord and Savior. Just because you're the parent of someone evil doesn't mean you are.
