So Circe is going to have a more sympathetic view in s2!!! I'm excited to see that because I LOVED the way Medusa was portrayed in the show :)
I'd definitely recommend Circe by Madeline Miller! It immediately came to mind. And thanks, Rick, for the added perspectives and the heads-up about Circe in Season 2 – can't wait!
I liked Circe, Galatea, Atlanta, Clytemnestra, and Stone Blind. They are all Greek retellings from the female perspective. I didn't like Ariadne Unraveled or Elektra, but some might.
