There's nothing new under the sun! Just because one person wrote a great series about a wizard school doesn't mean it can't be done just as well again, especially when people have shown they like it. Pat Rothfuss and Lev Grossman have done totally different kinds of stories in magic schools, after all.
Im THRILLED to hear Esra has a potential story. He's always been one of my favorites. I was happy to see out boys interact with Arcadius in the first Chronicle book. It would be nice to see a story at the school with him again, and Arista is a strong female. ;)
@Chris - yep - agreed. If I came up with a good story line that involved Sheridan, I wouldn't shy away from it - but at this time I don't have any particular plotline that is itching at my brain and wanting to be told. That may change in the future. But for now, don't have that inspiration.
@Melissa - Yeah Arista interacting with Esrahaddon would be interesting to see. At the moment, the story line I'm thinking about him goes back farther - back to when he was an apprentice himself. But we'll see as I start noodling on it more.
Oh Esrahaddon as an apprentice! That would so neat. He'd have his hands too! :D
