Meredith Having read and loved a couple of the Harper Connelly novels, I have to agree with you, Miss Harris - the attitudes and themes are not geared towards teens or young adults! ~M x

Jessica My apologies. I haven't read all the series. When I go to the book store some are listed in young adult and some are in fantasy. Depending on which store I go to. Thank you for your response!

Stacey Aurora and Lily Bard should both be in murder mystery sections. Aurora is teen friendly enough (older teens) but Lily Bard is definately NOT young adult. If you book store has Lily in there (and probably Aurora as well), tell them to get them out there...

Harper goes isn't really full on fantasy but could be in in paranormal, fantasy or whatever they have...

Emily I've read all of Charlaine Harris's books. All of the series are great reads for different reasons. Try the Shakespeare series, Lily Bard is bad ass and awesome. Auroura Teagarden is great dimure and intelligent and Harper Connelly has a psychic ability all different, all adult themed.
