Completely agree with you Steph, nothing says I love only you more than sleeping your way through a horde of other women. He showed no restraint whatsoever with all these women. Where was his bloody pining and only wanting his wife, at least keep it in his pants for most of the time so we actually believe he did only want his wife. He was just vile.
I have to say that I loved this book. Despite Cain being vile and all that, there was a depth and credibility to their story. You don't grow up in his world and expect him to be an emotional or sentimental man. Lots of women love SOA despite the fact that Jax stepped out on Tara a lot, and that's even with them being together.
However, the best thing about the book was Calla. Her strength, her heart, and her loyalty to family. In this book too, I met great characters like Roan and Calla's parents and the rest of the characters that made up this series. So, I won't complain about Cain too much. He's not my favorite hero, but he's still an integral part of the entire series. :)
