Tim Gesner That's a very interesting playlist! Back in the 80's I was a big fan of Judas Priest (my eclectic taste in music had everything from old Western music to Hard Rock and everything in-between) and I had a new-fangled cassette player that automatically would "flip" the cassette to play both sides without any input from me (I know - this dates me but isn't technology great?). I read Stephen King's "The Stand" night after night in bed, with that one Judas Priest album playing over and over (it was Screaming for Vengeance if you want the album name) and now every time I hear any song from that album it instantly transports me back to that book. If you've ever read The Stand you'll understand how amazing this experience is, because I loved that book so much and the confrontation between Good and Evil so aptly played out in that music that I listened to over and over and over - powerful stuff that instantly would induce Deja Vu. I have no other experience similar. I'm wanting to read your book while playing your playlist - just to see if I can recreate the experience!

Martha Wells Yes, I think music really adds to the reading experience, especially if you can find something that complements the book.
