There's actually a book from the early 1920s that covers meditation and Christianity, and I think St. Augustine writes about it as well. It is pretty central to many religions and important for insight. Love the way you weave this in and make it so relevant and important in the story. I'm finding more & more that if I give myself time to sit and think and have patience with the process, it makes so many things come clear(er).
I cheat and use Holosync which has proven very effective for me.
