I appreciate that you make each couple unique. I have read an author who did literally copy and paste love scenes from previous books. Word for word with only the names and some adjectives changed. Not once, but twice I caught her in this. I was very disappointed because until that moment I found her very talented and creative. After that I felt betrayed and cheated. Taken for a fool.
I was greatly upset when I found --by accident--that some of the books...that should have been in a shapeshifter romance series I've liked in the past--and had many of the same characters-- were written for an Erotica subseries. Needless to say, I will not read them...much less, buy them.
I have always enjoyed your books. I have noticed that especially in the GhostWalkers and Leopards series that things have heated up with the last few books in the bedroom. I felt like it spoke to the character that they were. These are alpha men and some time that dark edge carries over into other parts of their lives and for sure in the bedroom. Every book is a new adventure and I always look forward to my next trip to FeehanLand
I like that name, FeehanLand, and just might borrow it for my public library book display title list, if you don't mind.
well, to be fair, we are dealing now with Carpathians that are much older and feral. I can understand why they'd be more domineering that younger, more civilized Carpathians. I'm still enjoying the series- 20+ books in and I am still hooked.
True, those Carpathians love to "rob the cradle", yet, with most of them being so ancient, they can't help it.
