Brandi Crum Oh I can't wait and will definitely be on the look out for it. Thank you so much for answering both my questions. It's an honor to hear from one of my all time favorite authors.

Janice I agree with Brandi. I think that the new Shadow series will be a very close 2nd favorite for me...just after the Dark series.

The Book Whisperers Oh awesome he was my favorite brother from the get-go!! I'm so excited his story is next I was afraid it was going to be Taviano by how this first book ended.

Janice Vittorio might be my favorite brother...I don't know. I know I like Emme, though.

Brandi Crum I was actually thinking and playing around with a few character concepts and had an idea come to mind that would be wicked, or at least I think it would be. The idea I had was what if some shadow riders had a unique ability? That ability wouldn't just be riding shadows, but also being able to use their ability to manipulate light and shadow to the point they could bend light and shadow, where they'd appear to look like someone else. Kind of like being able to shape shift, only not because their physical form and appearance would remain unchanged, it would just appear differently to someone else because of the optical illusion the shadows/light would create.

Janice Sound fun..and Star Trek type Sci-Fi. Be fun to see how it could work out.

Brandi Crum I guess it would make it more Sci-Fi than fantasy or paranormal. *shrugs* Like I said, it was just an idea, silly or weird as it may be.

Janice Sounds like you have some great ideas for a story. I love my fanzine style writing, though I have no plans to publish. Even though I have my own characters, I "borrow" fiction "universes. For me, writing is a fun outlet, and...helps my stress levels, because of family members's aging and/or health.
