Kathleen Bickel I can't believe it's your least popular either, I think I've read it 3-4 times, which I think makes it about once a year . . . The world-building is just so original in that one, and so are the characters.

K.M. Shea Yes, I am absurdly fond of the setting and those characters as well. (I had the most fun with the director, in particular, but the twins are a close second!) But its lack of popularity might be because it doesn't have an romance--which is a big draw for many of my readers.


Kathleen Bickel I beg to disagree, I think it does have a romance - albeit just the seedlings of one - but that is appropriate given the ages of the characters, and I think gives us more time to get to develop them as characters before the relationship becomes a central focus :( ugh, why do I have to be one of the few that will take more character development over instant gratification!

danielle 22 I agree with Kathleen, this is one of my favorite books and has good possibility for a subtle romance.... plus I love the 3rd twin thing
