Pamela I've wondered how the books came about but I certainly don't need an answer. I love Lily and have read the books many times. She is the definition of survivor as is Jack. Their relationship works for me because of their flaws. They had guest appearance in the Sookie universe that told me Jack and Lily were together and still investigating cases.

Julia I enjoyed the Lily Bard series very much. I felt your pain in the first book. Whew. I enjoyed how Lily progressed thru each book, and thought the final one was good closure for her. Thank you for sharing a difficult time.

Kari Thank you for this series! I appreciate your vulnerability while writing Lilly

Bronwyn While the Sookie series got me hooked, I think I love the Lily Bard series the most. And I've just discovered-why did it take me so long? - Midnight, and am loving it, especially learning what became if Bobo from the Shakespeare world. Also really enjoying more about Manfred Bernardo! Here in New Zealand, the Aurora Teagarden series has just been on TV, and I'm about to re-read that entire series; so glad to know there are a couple of new books to add to my shelves. Now, I should go do housework or weeding in the garden, but I'm only 3/4 through "Night Shift", so... Thank you for all your wonderful, flawed but strong heroines and their friends.
