I'm pretty sure the wyvern would be stronger because they are demons and have someone on their side while dragons are usually alone but on a one on one match it depends on where the battle takes place and what type of dragon it is
but surely individually a wyvern is weaker plus i'm pretty sure that a magical creature such as a dragon would have to be a demon of some sorts
