Hi, i live in the centre of the Island and walk my dog on Mottistone Down several times a week.I am actually setting me next novel in a similar area but it is present day, about very present day problems, and is set on downs.I will wait to read your book untill I have finished mine but am really looking forward to it. Did you know that Benedict Cumberbatch was married on Mottistone chuch last year?Don't worry I am not re naming villages and the plot which is all set out will be completly different.
Such wonderful scenery - how lucky you are to live on the 'diamond isle'. It's no wonder Benedict Cumberbatch chose to be married there.
I hope you enjoy writing about the island as much as I did.
