Flishlish I read these books long before I even heard of asexuality. And even back then the Hunters were important to me. I wanted it all to be real and to be able to join them. Even more than just not being about sexuality or romance, it was that Artemis would help shield you from it. So I guess from an aroace: I interpreted them as being like me before I even knew who I was.

Ingrid Farias [bear in mind that I'm speaking for myself, this is MY pov] what i see is more like some girls /chosing/ to follow Artemis because of failed romances. That doesn't define asexuality at all! Sexuality is not a choice.
