Christine Ah. In the audio book, her name is pronounced Ny-kiss (long i in the first syllable).

Lois Bujold Oh, that's too bad. Grover did not call me for pronunciations on that one.

Not a fatal problem, though, She's still the same sturdy woman.

Christine I like his narration of this and the rest of your books that he's narrated. His pronunciation is generally good (there are occasional words that he gets wrong, not just names) and his tone is excellent. He does a good job with the different voices.

Debbie Interesting that in the audiobook it is pronounced Ni-kiss with a long I. You would think they would ask for a pronunciation guide from the author.
