Drew Perron Well, that's good. @.@

Martha "nothing I could fix by writing better or faster" - I hardly see how it would be possible for anyone to write better than you. Just saying. :)

Dee Sadly have to agree - as an English person, long time avid SF&F reader including your good self I've always had to defend amazon whom I've been buying US books from since I was 17! (I'm 36 now), Without them my reading would have been both hugely prohibited and expensive - though I don't miss the waiting two months for books to arrive!

Julie Buckland Thank goodness then for kindle and the ability to plunge straight into the next one! Though I do buy your books in paper whenever I find them, and was surprised to find the reading experience subtly different. Many thanks for your fine work.

Radoslav Kirilchev That's a right shame then. Thanks for taking the time to answer!

Jacey I'm British, but I'm only published in America (by DAW), and I know other british (female) SF authors in a similar situation. Most disappointing.

Carro Incidentally, I bought all your books in paperback via Amazon.co.uk and they sell US editions in the UK. So you do have a longstanding market in the UK, it is just rather difficult to track separately, I suspect.
