You are quite welcome. The fact of the matter is, there is no protection from the muse. It controls all writers, even those that dapple, like myself.
But sunglasses? Those can protect you against a sock on the jaw.

I was always under the misguided belief that wearing sunglasses at night was for protection from a writers muse, as the muse would often annoy a writer long into the night, causing all sorts of ridiculous ramblings due to lack of sleep and caffeine.
I never truly believed that silly rumor that wearing sunglasses as night was a poke at the political nature of that time, where personal identities were stripped.
