Thank you for your lovely reply.
I didn't just read Paula, I lived through it. thank you, for that unforgettable hard but sweet reading and life experience.
Just read it!!! Its amazing! Love Klara-the best charachter ever. And Mora sisters :D Thank you for this adventure!
Hi Isabel, I love your work! whenever I read one of your books it transports me to a magical world, full of unforgettable characters and places. My favorite novel is Ines of my Soul and La hija de la fortuna. I can't wait to read the Japanese Lover! Admiro su talento!
I loved Paula! It was heartbreaking and emotional, but it was interesting to see where your inspirations come from. Sigue escribiendo Isabel!
What led you to write a novel so far from your own experiences and background? I can't wait to read The Japanese Lover, but am also very curious, especially since I have an idea for a novel that mostly takes place in a country I know nothing about.
I LOVED all your books, esp. Paula and your memoirs. And Daughter of Fortune!
You are my hero! Keep writing forever!

La casa de los espiritos is great! I've read it 3 times, and also Eva Luna. I have a lot of joy and many other precious feelings with your books. thanks a lot!
Paula was my absolute favorite. I will never forget the line about standing by the DJ at a party and the reminder that everyone else is scared too. Possibly the best line ever....read it as a teenager, now Im close to my40s and it is probably the advice I will give to my daughter .When the time comes...
