I felt that way when reading!!! When Kylie was with Derek I wanted her to be with him and vice versa when she is with Lucas. When the series was done and I had finished reading I was ecstatic with how their relationships turned out! Derek and Kylie are an awesome pair as friends!! To me Kylie and Lucas felt like this ginormous, unbreakable, extreme love. Though they had their ups and downs it makes me believe even more that a relationship like theirs can happen in reality <3 <3 <3
