Hoping for the best!
I got the feeling they combined elements of Books 1 & 3. I enjoyed the entire series but there was more drama in Book 3 (maybe). Just hope the tv series lasts.
We've really been enjoying it too and hope it lasts.
Guess I will wait to watch until I read all 3! Just started Midnight Crossroad but recording the TV series.
