I don't know about Lois, but I got a chuckle. Very good!

Once, when my friend told me she's pregnant, I asked her about choosing live birth over uterine replicator. Like, did you do it for romantic notions, or is your husband really traditional, or what? The beautiful part is: it took her a moment, as she asked herself the same question, and then realized that a replicator isn't an option yet.

We were both reading Vorkosigan's Saga then, and were very engrossed in the books, as you can imagine.

Ha, this made me laugh. It's good to know that there are other totally obsessed fans besides myself out there.
