wow! I loved Blue Castle too! (it was pushed on me by a friend's mom during a rainy camping trip) Although I was never a fan of Montgomery's more popular works, I loved this one. Probably because, at 14, I was just as shy and awkward as Valancy, although fortunately without the awful family. I loved her character transformation and how she learned to stand up for herself and be herself. How awesome to find another reader who loved it too!
