You should put up a Little Free Library :)
If I get an ARC that I think someone would really like, I mail it or give directly to a friend. If I don't have someone specifically in mind, Little Free Library!
If I get an ARC, I read and review it. Authors and publishers have limited copies of ARCs to distribute and they're counting on the reviews.
