Mindy Jen has so little wolf blood in her that it took a major event, like the accident at the beginning of book 2, for the bond to show. Also, it took an even great event, like at the end of book 3, to make the mating signs show up. Am I correct, Quinn?

Annabel But Sally and costin felt the bond in book 4 but Sally was 17

Mindy Sally and Costin felt a bit of the pull from the bond but, because she was only 17, the bond could not fully manifest/form. The mating signs (Being able to speak telepathically, the tattoo) wouldn't appear until she turned 18.

Annabel Yes but in book 3 Sally was 17 but she didn’t feel bond with costin, she found out she was a healer in that book

Mindy Correct. Sally didn't feel anything, but Costin did. That's why Peri was hoping to keep them apart a bit longer because she knew that it wouldn't fully develop on Sally's side until her 18th birthday. Sally and Costin both know that their is something there between them, but neither is sure exactly what. They don't share any of the traditional mating signs due to her age, but they still feel that pull for one another. I may not be saying this correctly. Sorry!

Annabel that was book 4

Mindy Correct. In book three Costin only flirted a little. It all started after it was revealed she was a gypsy healer. It was kind of like Jen in a way, it took an event where her gypsy side was needed for it to appear, and the appearance of her gypsy side is what triggered the start of the bond between her and Costin.

Mindy Long story short; Neither couple felt anything for one another in book 1 because Jen's Wolf and Sally's Gypsy sides were too dorment. It took Jen being hurt in the car wreck at the beginning of book 2 for her and Dec's bond to be triggered, but the wreck wasn't enough. It took a moment where her life was in even greater danger, like at the end of book 3, for the bond to completely develop. Same for Sally and Costin. It took an event where her gypsy side was needed, like at the end of book 3 when she healed Vasile, for the bond to trigger. Jen and Sally's Wolf/Gypsy sides had to be brought to the surface in order for the bonding signs to show. But because Sally is a gypsy her side of the bond would not fully develop until she was 18 no matter what. Hope this helps. :)
