Peter Hello Stephen, thank you very much for your reply. I'm a big fan of Rowlandson and tried to find any reference to him in St Paul's church. They told me that his headstone was moved to Brookwood Cemetery. Did you go there and see his headstone? I'm doing many historical posts on facebook (https://www.facebook.com/peter.stadlera) as Stephen Jarvis (the author of Death and Mr Pickwick, https://www.facebook.com/deathandmrpi...) is a close friend of mine. There definitely should be a memorial in St Paul's church on Rowlandson. He was an absolute genius and I regularly refer to his works in my posts. Your biography was a book I couldn't put down. What a pity that we have so few information on Roly as he didn't write a diary or wasn't in the focus of the press back then. I really loved that you started with the obituary on him in Gentlemens' Magazine. Coincidentially I just read that article before starting with your book. The end section of your book is brilliant too with all the reference to further reading. I really would like to see a memorial on Rowlandson in St Paul's Church Covent Garden. He was such an extraordinary artist. I couldn't believe it that there wasn't anything in that church on him. Thank you for your brilliant biography and very best wishes Peter
