English Thanks for the response, of course I will publish the review on Amazon. With books from Netgalley I sometimes do it a few days after the original review, but I have been meaning too.

In all honesty, I hardly noticed any Americanisms the you and Olivia did a wonderful job. I understand about the Publishing issues. Wasn't this book self-published?

English Oh and I will publish the review on my Blog too, I try to do that with most of my titles.

J.C. Plummer Yes, this book was self-published using a company that Olivia and I created and financed (Angevin World Publishing). So we spent our own money for everything from the cover design to the publicity company that posted it at Netgalley.

I’m very glad there weren’t too many Americanisms. I also tried very hard to avoid modern words and concepts such as minutes and seconds in describing the passage of time. Of course, you can’t completely eliminate all modern words, but hopefully nothing will be too jarring to the reader.

When you post your review at your blog, please let me know and send me a link to your blog, and I will share the post on my social media and at our website (Angevinworld.com). One idea (if you would like extra material for your blog post) is at our website, under the “About Us” tab – there you can scroll down and find an Author Q & A, and you are welcome to cut and paste and use any of the material there.

English Certainly. I did also purchase the Kindle edition. As I understand putting any book on Netgalley is expensive, so I hope I've helped you a little :)

J.C. Plummer Thank you! I am very grateful for your support. I’m glad you were able to post the review. We’ve had two AMZ reviews disappear, and one was from someone who had friended me at FB because she liked my Robin Hood fan fiction stories. She had purchased the kindle too. It’s a difficult situation because no one wants phony reviews, but every review is so precious to an author who is just trying to start out, and sometimes AMZ goes too far in policing reviews.

English I know. I just recently had all my reviews disappear, and I had to complain to Amazon to get them all back:(

There is a question I really want to ask you , but I'm afraid it may result in a major spoiler for the later books.

J.C. Plummer Please feel free to ask. I can always let you know if I can’t answer it. Maybe I can give you a partial answer. Or, I can at least let you know how much of a spoiler it is, and you can decide if you still want to know. I love to talk about the trilogy.

I'm glad you were able to get your reviews restored! Reviewing takes time and thought.
