The impression I had from the scene was the body was wanted by a bloke with a warped idea of what women should look like. He wanted to look like a barbie doll.
I woudln't dub anything that was going on in that Jacksonian clone creche as normal. Consider the type of people they must get as patrons. Somebody was buying his fetish fantasy, most likely,

Interesting comment. I had made the same assumption as Carro--that a cis guy ordered that body, not a trans woman.
