It can be hard to tell, with questions like that, if they are people struggling with ESL or other handicaps, or trolls. (Or, indeed, the victims of their devices' Autocorrupt functions.) Erring on the side of charitable interpretations seems the way to go, but if many of these start showing up, I could see myself getting a lot shorter.
Goodreads also gives the author the option of skipping dubious questions, which I maybe should use more often.
