I think that, according to the lore, the ageing wouldn't be permanent. If I understand the way you designed Erick's breed of nightlord correctly the day to night transformation returns Erick's body to the point it was at when he was first turned. Unlike the changes to his teeth, ears, and tongue, ageing is the result of a magical mutation but rather actual physical damage that occurs during cellular division where the telomeres end up shortened. That means it should operate under the same principles as burns or radiation damage. I would be willing to bet though that undoing 60 years of ageing would easily give Erick the single worse nightly transformation of his life and might even put him straight into a hunger blackout.
