Grant Their blood doesn't emit sunlight and they are, while not action celestial beings, considered blessed by the gods. Their relationship to sunlight is similar to Erick's relationship to blood and spirits. They basically feed on it to turbocharge their bodies and give themselves special abilities like the ability to weapons and armor out of sunlight and can enter a "heat-being mode" in which their skin heats up, their body glows, and their speed and strength are increased and their wounds heal at an accelerated rate. Basically they are less like angels and fire witches and more like a much weaker magical version of superman. That is what made me wonder what effect beings like this would have on Erick. Would we end up with a vampire that can’t be harmed by sunlight while undead? Would he end up simply having similar powers to the beings he feed on while he is mortal but be unable to use those powers at night? Or, would we end up with some mix of the two with Erik having their powers but still being burned by sunlight even as it gives him a magical powerup?

Garon Whited Not being overly familiar with the Sunfire Elves, from your description, feeding on them would be problematic. From the sound of it, he would have to feed on them in their "powered-down" mode.
As for obtaining any abilities from them, it might be possible to achieve some mild affinity for their abilities and powers during the day, but these abilities stem from something entirely antithetical to this sort of vampire physiology. It's doubtful he could access anything at night.
