I haven't noticed any in GoodReads review, but in the reviews section of my variou Nook e-books, there are frequently a lot of spam junk. Most of it sounds like teenagers using it as a chat room! Very annoying. You could just delete their questions, if you have that capability. Maybe talk to whatever forum (Goodreads, again?) is publishing your reviews. I don't suppose they have time to audit all the reviews, but you'd think they'd at least check on those of their GR authors!
I've noticed the odd gibberish comments you've been receiving. It's been going on for a while now. I haven't received any, but I don't review too often. I think I'd just flag and delete them if I did. I don't think Goodreads has a filter system and spam can settle wherever it wishes to land. There were a few comments months back in your reviews that looked like someone's attempt at spell tossing. lol
What an impertinent and unnecessary question! As with most people these days who are even moderately well known, your date of birth and current age are shown on your Wikipedia page.
I don’t have a Wikipedia page, not being even moderately well known. But my sister has a Wikipedia page; she was a professional actress, a profession that seems inherently more notable than others.
