It’s unfortunate that the publisher is, possibly, unable to see the full potential in this charming book. Perhaps that will change. It is my prayer that this will be so. Personally, I applaud you for bringing to life a character who looks like my children and me, for that matter. There is not enough diversity in books. Your book was a very welcome surprise. You presented a delightful, intelligent, curious character who is on the verge of growth on so many levels. 🙌 Don’t stop telling the story. It’s so worth it. Thank you! When I self-publish, I control all of those decisions but it's up to the publisher (Random House) how or IF they promote a book on their list. I was told Dragons was available through NetGalley.
