Netflix series The Society seems like it has half ripped of the books. When a friend explained the TV show to me I was shocked at how similar it was (minus the children with powers etc)

Definitely a really similar idea, but The Society gets boring quickly. Gone is so much better... it definitely never gets boring in the FAYZ.
I would just like to say that even if it's an 8 hour long movie i will happily watch it as long as it's accurate unlike the percy jackson movies :)
I think it should become a movie series. Similar to the Harry Potter franchise maybe? But it COULD also be a TV series. There is enough detail that a movie might not do it justice. Either one would be interesting! The Gone series is one of my favorites.
