Hi David,
there's a few of us (Goodreads peeps) who also were lucky winners, but never received a copy in the mail. I wish there was a way to "@" all of them, but if you go to the book's Goodreads page you'll see a thread where a handful of us talk about it. Of course, if it's too much of a hassle (things get lost in the mail and its expensive $$$...also mailers are just a pain-ha) to send the book again, please don't worry about it. :) Just wanted to let you know. I also say on behalf of David's Canadian fans, that "William Morrow" does not tend to include Canada in North American giveaways; even of our authors and settings.
