Still haven't been able to reread this book. One has to be a member of the Gay-Straight Alliance to read it, and for some reason my request to join has not been approved yet. Any chance you can make it unrestricted?
I've put it up on my website (that's the link in the description), and I've uploaded a new pdf version. Not sure what happened to the original. I should be live in an hour or two. :D
