Ack, I suck on finding questions in Goodreads. Sorry for the very late reply. Charisma will have certain bonuses, usually on NPC and even Players reactions, to a point, to first meeting people. This will especially become important when meeting new races. Also, some spells for Bards could be based on Charisma. Due to his Nightmare Start, Star's Charisma was in the 70's, which is much higher simply due to his starting stats. I now forget why he rounded it up, but it is a common thing a lot of players will do to stats. I'll have to go back and reconsider my reasoning at the time. Probably doesn't hurt him since he's always pretty stinky due to the presence of Zombies and the blood/sweat from fighting. I'd actually like to see having a 100 to Charisma counteracting his Halfling discrimination to a point for entering into new cities =D Like I said, it actually has some relavence.
