I do a lot of ARC's and beta reads and I don't have a problem with signing a form to keep it quiet. It is always good policy to check with the author you are reading for to see when they would like reviews posted. Some want them before release date but most want you to wait. Good communication between everyone is the way it needs to be. :)

I would suggest making friends with bloggers and liking their pages and interacting. They are going to be your go to people as well. :)
