Hey everyone! In case you didn't get to make it to February's meeting last night, or if you want to remember everything we talked about, here's a recap:
- We had an amazing discussion about what suburbia and the American Dream really means, and how it's evolved over the last several decades.
- We had a reporter from the Red & Black come out last night, so hopefully we'll see our group in an article soon!
- Speaking of publicity, we're working on spreading the word about our group. Don't ever be scared to mention the group to your friends!
- Next month's topic is True Crime, and will be on Thursday, March 26. Hope to see you there!

Hey everyone! Thanks for a fantastic first meeting last night! Here's a quick recap of what went down in case you were unable to make it:

We had a great discussion about experimental fiction and how format is definitely a factor when reading! It can definitely enhance or ruin your reading experience.
We began a sign up sheet for anyone interested to sign up to be a discussion facilitator one month. Please comment on this post, or email me at ahardigree@athenslibrary.org if you are interested and would like to see the list!
We also came up with some more great ideas for monthly themes and titles for those themes. Again, comment or email with other ideas.
Next month's theme will be Suburbia & the American Dream, and the book titles are on our "Currently Reading" bookshelf. Pick up a copy today, and grab one for your friend too! The more, the merrier.
