I wanted to read this book for ages, I even started it a couple of times but every time I was slowing down when reading the dialogs and not enjoying it as it deserved. Until a Litsy member mentioned the audiobook read by Ruby Dee so I gave it a try. What a revelation! The way she brings to life all the words I was struggling with and Janie's story it's simply amazing! I loved it!

Another great book by Neil Gaiman. Loved the world he builds in this novel and its strangeness, the characters and the plot twists.

What Dreams May Come - Richard Matheson

I liked the book, not loved as most readers but liked. First half had a bit too much detail for me, I was interested in the relationship and love story more than details about music in afterlife. Glad I stuck with it though, the second half was worth.

Thanks for hosting this challenge, I wanted to read this book for years now since I watched the movie (which was awesome by the way)!

I just finished Why Me? by Donald E. Westlake, another really fun book in the Dortmunder series. Enjoyed it a lot!

The book I mentioned before is a no-go: I tried but I gave up. I will change to something else I wanted to read for a while, will post when done.
