1056220 Challenge Complete!!
DARLING - My Darling Girl by Jennifer McMahon
It was a very enjoyable book, and the ending plot twist was unexpected.

LIST - The Guest List by Lucy Foley
My expectations for this book were high, and I was a bit disappointed in the unrealistic, predictable characters. The storyline wasn't a bad concept, but the execution could have been a lot better.

1056220 JAN Challenge Completed!
Key Words: WINTER and ONLY

I read Dead of WINTER by Darcy Coates and really enjoy it. I will definitely try other books by this author. I also read ONLY If You're Lucky by Stacy Willingham. I had mixed feelings about this one as I have read her other two books, and they were amazing. This one just wasn't what I expected. However, I don't regret reading.

1056220 Hello!
- I'm in Mandeville,Louisiana
- I'm a huge fan of psychological thrillers, mysteries, and suspense fiction. I've never really been a fan of romance or non-fiction.
- I found this group on Pinterest going through book videos and looking for a reading challenge at the end of 2023. I enjoy the keyword and motif challenge and plan to continue my participation.
- My reading goal for 2024 is 52 books. I'm hoping to exceed the goal I've set before the end of the year. I want to read from other genres I'm not too familiar with and have really given a chance to. I've also set a goal to reading as many keyword books and books that meet the motif challenge as I can each month.
- I'm only on here and Likewise as far as posting about books, not really too fond of social media platforms.

1056220 I read Silent Night by R.L. Stine because it had a wintery Christmas setting. This book was a favorite when I was a teen and so I decided to re-read it again as an adult. It was an ok story but I have definitely read better horror stories since my youth.
