It takes exactly three minutes and thirty seconds to knock a person unconscious, four minutes - fifty-two seconds to slip them into a coma, and six minutes twenty-two seconds to instantly kill the average human being (the larger the living organism, the longer it takes; plants take a very short time to die). Any time shorter than that can allow them to be brought back or stay alive. Wilt has exceedingly long hair, which is a small mark of when he is coming. He is also quite tall.
Up close, a few distinctive markings include a sallow appearance coupled with visible cheekbones.
He also has a tattoo across his back that says:

In the human world, they would say his dressing style is "flamboyantly revealing," which just means that he is usually wearing small, tight shirts (sometimes V-necks) with small, tight pants (usually jeans). Both of these will come in a RAINBOW of colors and color-choices. He also dresses exceptionally fancy when it is not needed, such as if he is visiting the realm of mortal human folk. In their world, he isn't much of a looker, but because of his refined taste and culture, he is still looked at and to.

Please. A full history would take up an entire book since he's been alive longer than most of the current human race. Oh well, he'll try.
Well, he was born to Martha and Jacob (he thinks those are the names... it's been so freaking long he doesn't remember) and he had no siblings because... well... if he touched them they'd die, which the parents realized when the doctor fainted after holding him for too long. His parents feared that they might create more so they stopped after him. Were they proud to have created a Narrator? Of course! Who wouldn't! But he was a different child from most...
he was intelligent since a young age, surpassing all the other children, but socially, he was an outcast - partially done by himself - because he could hurt people.
By the age of six, he realized he had a power that he at first thought of as a gift. He could make anyone do what he wanted and all he had to do was touch them! It was magical! But as he aged, he realized how much of a curse it was. He fell in love once... but he almost killed her. She left him.
By the time he turned forty, he realized he wasn't just immortal, he also had eternal youth. He was going to look young forever. He wasn't sure how he felt about this. He felt wise beyond his physical-looking age. It was... disconcerting, to say the least.
The rest of his years are just flashes of things:
-His voting by the Narrators to become the "Executor" of the "others".
-His decision to become celibate so he can't kill people.
-His realization of his power that leads to his decrease in time needed to kill (not exactly too great, but yeah.)
-His decision to read EVERY book in the Library. He has eternity so why not use it. Since books are always being added, he will never end.
-He went for runs every day so now he can jog a marathon without a break.

Any family he might've had died a very long time ago.
He's immortal, remember? So even though they lived long lives, he outlived them.

(view spoiler)[ The power of Clot is a strange and exceedingly awful gift. The power allows the user to thicken a person's blood. To do this, the user has to combine bloods by having a direct source to the other's blood usually through anything as small as a pin puncture wound or a paper cut. Once they have infiltrated the body through touching the blood route, all the blood starts to thicken along the vessels until it finally reaches the heart. Since the blood becomes as thick as syrup, it ceases movement, causing apoxia (a lack of oxygen) that eventually kills the victim after. It only takes a single mixing of a single drop of blood to become deadly. If apoxia does not occur then the blood becomes too thick for the heart to beat and either vessels burst causing internal bleeding or cardia infarctions show up and eventually kill the heart. The victim will become so blindly fueled by rage that they will attack anyone near them including children, innocents, police officers, and the occasional blind nun or street-performing mime, who by the way will scream if stabbed with a piece of window glass from a nearby car. This will usually end with others finally beating down and possibly killing the victim or the victim will be arrested. Either that or the adrenaline levels will continue to rise in the victim, eventually leading to toxic shock and death. (hide spoiler)]Unlucky

This can be anything from not getting a promotion, getting splashed by a puddle, or having a piece of an airplane fall off to land directly on you and kill you. The way the power works is through mental energy. By tipping the scales towards the negative, bad things happen. The more the scales are tipped, the worse or better things get. In his case, they are always worse as he does not have the power to lift the scales except by taking his power off of them. (hide spoiler)]
