I read from page 68 to 84.Johnny was gone getting stuff when ponyboy woke up. Dally came by to pick them up. Sodapop wrote Ponyboy a letter.

I read from page 53 to 68. Ponyboy and Johnny was at the park. The socs showed up out of nowhere drunk. The Socs said :"you need a wash Greaser". They started putting Ponyboy's head in the fountain they were at. Next thing Ponyboy remembers is laying down next to Johnny. Johnny said I killed that boy. He told Ponyboy what happened. They went to find Dally. They told him what happened. Dally gave them a gun, 50 dollars, and said take the next train to Windrixvillle. And go to the church on Jays mountain. And in a week he would show up.

I read from page 37 to 52. This chapter started off with Two-Bit, Ponyboy and Johnny walking Cherry and Marica home from the drive in movies. They were talking for a while. Then a blue Ford Mustang went by and they were scared. After it went by they weren't scared. Then it came back and it was Cherry and Marica's boyfriend, Bob and Randy. Randy, Bob, Two-Bit, and Ponyboy about fought each other. Cherry broke it up. Cherry and Marcia went with Randy and Bob. Two-bit went home and Johnny and Ponyboy went to the parking lot. They were talking and fell asleep. Johnny woke up Ponyboy. Ponyboy went home and Johnny stayed. Ponyboy went inside the house and his brother Dally started asking Ponyboy where had he been. Ponyboy told Dally that him and Johnny fell asleep in the parking lot. Their brother Sodapop told Darry to calm down. Darry said shut your trap, I'm tired of you sticking up for him. Ponyboy said I wasn't thinkin. Darry swung around and hit Ponyboy. Ponyboy ran to the parking lot and told Johnny were running away. The chapter ended with them at the park.

I read from page 19 to 36. Page 19 to 36 was about Dally, Johnny and Ponyboy going to the Drive in movies and meeting girls. Dally was being rude to the girls so Johnny told Dally to back off. It was also about how Johnny got beat up by the other gang the "Socs".
