50x66 Extraordinary work in your review, Stephen! I used to love to read the collection of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, and it would be nice to relive those old times. It seems that you enjoy these series, which tells me the author did a good job! Nice work, and maybe you could tell me more about the book when you have time!

Apr 13, 2015 03:49PM

50x66 “It's funny how a flame can only burn your hand if you move too slow, you can tease it all you want and it never gets you, if your quick enough.” What if your parent's didn't want you, and could give you to a donor? The Unwind, written by Neal Shusterman, is a remarkable author with many amazing stories to tell. Personally this book was incredible, with action in every page I read. This book made me think of what would happen next, and filled me with mixed emotions in every chapter. I recommend both thirteen year old girls and boys to read this amazing story. Neal Shusterman wrote more tales that comes after Unwind such as Everwild, Everlost, and Downsiders. "[A] gripping, brilliantly imagined futuristic thriller...could hardly be more engrossing or better aimed to teens." -Publishers Weekly

50x66 “My eyes flickered when I heard the Voice inside my head. You mean you don’t have one? You can get ‘em at Target.” Maximum Ride, a normal person who can fly, has a mission to save the world with her flock. This series of the collection on Maximum Ride is just fascinating. The details, and action keeps you on the edge of the chair. Then when you finish this series, you just want to keep reading until you finish the whole collection. This is one of my favorite book of the series, that just makes my feelings all mixed up. James Patterson has won many awards such as, Edgar Award for Best First Mystery and Edgar Award for Best First Novel by an American Author. I recommend both girls, and boys of age 12 to read this book at least once in their life.James Patterson wrote many books such as Unlucky 13, Invisible, Cross My Heart, and of course the rest of the books for the series of Maximum Ride.

The Diary of a Young Girl, written by Anne Frank, is about a Anne's life hidden in a Annex without being outside the world for two years. She writes about the beauty in life, and the sorrow that is happening around her. Anne Frank's diary is truly such beautiful story.
